Our Classroom
aerial yoga
Classes are conducted in a progressive manner. Aerial Yoga is good for the nervous system, endocrine system, internal tissues and organs, and so on.
Wall Rope Yoga
Wall and Rope Yoga uses walls and ropes as resistance and support, allowing students to stay in the asana for longer, refine their breathing, and experience the asanas in depth.
Yoga Wheel
The class combines yoga wheels with yoga poses in a warm classroom setting to warm up the body. The yoga wheel helps to stretch and compress the deep fascial tissues, helping to relieve shoulder and back discomfort.
Basic Yoga
This class focuses on practicing traditional yoga postures to stretch tense muscles and relieve pain through specific asanas and postures.
YOGA X PILATES
Classes fluidly integrate yoga asanas with Pilates movements. A practice that awakens the deep core muscles through breath and movement, improving strength and endurance.
Mobile Yoga
The class focuses on the connection between breath, movement, and mindfulness to transition from one pose to another in a continuous, fluid way.
private lesson
Classes are designed according to the needs of our students, including pre and post natal yoga instruction, mantra therapy relaxation, back care yoga, and deep asana practice.
Our vision is to inspire students to integrate the philosophies of yoga into all aspects of their lives so that they can face life's different challenges with balance, strength, flexibility and positive thinking.
