Our Classes
Aerial Yoga
Classes are conducted in a step-by-step manner, and aerial yoga is a great help for the nervous system, endocrine system, internal organs and organs, etc.
Wall Rope Yoga
Wall rope yoga uses walls and ropes as resistance and support, allowing students to maintain their asana for a longer period of time, refine their breathing, and experience various asanas in depth.
Yoga Wheel
The class combines yoga wheels with yoga poses, and exercises are performed in a warm classroom to accelerate the warmth of the body. The yoga wheel helps to stretch and compress deep fascial tissues to help relieve shoulder and back discomfort.
Foundation Yoga
This class focuses on practicing traditional yoga asanas, which stretch tense muscles and reduce pain through specific asanas and alignments.
Yogalates
The class combines yoga asanas with Pilates movements smoothly. Exercises that awaken deep core muscles through breathing and movement to improve strength and endurance.
Flow Yoga
The class focuses on the connection between breath, movement, and the mind. It moves from one pose to another in a continuous, smooth way.
Private classes
We will design a variety of courses according to the needs of students, including prenatal and postnatal yoga instruction, singing bowl sound therapy relaxation, back care yoga, and in-depth asana practice.
Our vision is to inspire students to integrate the philosophy of yoga into all aspects of life, allowing them to face different challenges in life with balance, strength, flexibility and mindfulness.
