Classes

We offer group classes and one-to-one or one-on-two lessons, tailoring the content to students' physical needs and health conditions, and we will also advise students on their diet and lifestyle habits. In addition, we are also happy to answer students' questions outside the classroom, establish close communication between teachers and students, and assist students to solve problems in daily practice.

Aerial Yoga

The class is carried out in a step-by-step manner, the aerial rope will be set in the position of the bone disc, first stretching movements to move the spine, and then do posture and reversal movements, upside down to make the spine stretch under no pressure, which is a good help for the nervous system, endocrine system, internal organs and organs. If students have high blood pressure, heart disease, pregnancy, ear water imbalance, have had eye surgery, etc., or have any questions, it is recommended to ask a doctor for advice before attending class.

Wall Rope Yoga

Wall rope yoga uses walls and ropes as resistance and support, allowing students to maintain their asanas for a longer period of time, refine their breathing, and experience various asanas in depth. Wall rope yoga can help the body regain its position, improve range of motion, build flexibility and balance, and bring a new perspective to your understanding of asanas, reaching a level that you can't achieve with regular practice. Anyone can use wall rope yoga as a healing feature.

Yoga Wheel

The class combines yoga wheels with traditional yoga styles, and exercises are performed in a warm classroom to accelerate the body warm-up. The yoga wheel helps to stretch and compress deep fascial tissues to help relieve shoulder and back discomfort. The yoga wheel also helps to open the thoracic spine to improve immunity and correct poor posture. Advanced handstand and backward bend asanas will be added at the student's pace, and scoliosis or other spinal problems are not recommended.

Foundation Yoga

This class focuses on the practice of traditional yoga postures, which use specific postures and alignments to stretch tense muscles, reduce pain, strengthen muscles, improve range of motion and enhance blood circulation. Classes allow participants to learn how to connect body and mind and increase their own awareness. Breathing control and chanting will also be practiced to calm the body and mind, so that students can experience physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Yogalates

Classes combine yoga asanas with Pilates movements. Awakens deep core muscles through breathing and movement, improves strength and endurance, and strengthens cardiopulmonary function, while helping to detoxify, sculpt and calm the mind and body. In addition, classes allow participants to strengthen balance, coordination, and physical stability, helping to improve overall physical and mental balance.

Flow Yoga

The class focuses on the connection between breath, movement, and the mind. It moves from one pose to another in a continuous, smooth way.

The term ‘flow’ is often used to describe the experience of being in the zone or ‘in the groove’, which is what happens when you are so focused on what you’re doing that you tend to lose track of time.

Flow yoga helps you achieve this state of mind by combining movement with deep breathing.

Private classes

We will design a variety of courses according to the needs of students, including prenatal and postnatal yoga instruction, singing bowl sound therapy relaxation, back care yoga, and in-depth asana practice.

In private classes, I combine my extensive knowledge of TCM, postural alignment, yoga therapy exercises, corrective exercises, breathing and meditation to teach students of all levels. Classes can include the use of tools such as wall ropes, throw pillows, yoga blocks, fascial balls and blankets to help students practice and get the best results in the classroom.
